Spotlighting Fourth Grade

Fourth grade students studied kingdoms of living things. They chose an animal and wrote a childrens book about it, which included information about its diet, habitat, and adaptations. Below, Mrs. Shipp's class presents their booklets. They plan to share their booklets with students in younger grades.

There is an exciting new reading program being used for the first time this year at Yeager called "READ 180." It uses a multi-media approach to reading that appeals to technologically savvy students of the 21st century.

Social Studies - Fourth graders chose and researched a state. They created colorful license plates to share what they learned.
