Application Process

 

If Windfern High School sounds like the school for you, contact your school counselor for an application, or print one from the link below. Application to Windfern High School is open to high school students in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD under the age of 21. For more information, call the campus at (281) 807-8684. We are conveniently located within the boundaries of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District at 12630 Windfern Road.

Provide the following information with your application:

- Completed application	- Birth Certificate (if coming from outside CFISD)
- Transcript from your Home School	- Social Security Card (if coming from outside CFISD)
- Health Record	- Driver's License
- Last report card	- Proof of Residency
- Administrative Recommendation Sheet	- Proof of Guardianship (if not living with parents)
- Results of most recent TAKS testing/TAKS Student Confidential Report

 

Application If accepted, an Admission's Orientation will be scheduled.
