Fall Final Exam Schedule
Exemption Information
- Book Check - November 30-December 4 (Monday-Friday)
- Mark Exemption Cards with Fines/Fees - Tuesday, December 8
- Handout Exemption Cards - Wednesday, December 9, Thursday, December 10 and Friday, December 11
- Students may not pick up their exemption cards unless all fines and fees are cleared. Also, students must have their book check cards cleared. and have their book check cards in hand when picking up their exemption cards.
- Cards Due to Associate Principal's Office by 3 PM - Monday, December 14
Director of Instruction
Our Langham Creek Director of Instruction, Mrs. Lenae Diskin is proud to announce the start of a new professional journey as the new Lead Science Curriculum Coach under the Secondary Science Curriculum Office at the CFISD Instructional Support Center. She is excited about stepping into this new leadership position helping Science teachers and coaches throughout the district. She describes this as a perfect fit for her passion for science content and her ability to give teachers feedback on their progress. We wish Mrs. Diskin the greatest of luck in her new endeavors!

All vehicles need to be moved from the west/band lot by 2:45pm, no exception. No more announcement reminders will occur.

Construction Project
We are in the middle of an extensive construction/renovation project. These projects are scheduled to be completed by December 2009. Beginning Friday, October 3, 2008 no one will be able to enter/exit the building through the west main doors or the doors by the gyms/locker rooms. The parking behind the gym will still be available. Also, no one will be able to enter/exit the west patio and the west patio doors. The new entrance/exit will be the west auditorium hall. The following is a list of the renovations:
- The science wing is being expanded along with a multi-purpose room being added at the end of the west wing.
- The west patio is being converted into a band hall.
- The exterior doors at the end of the east wing will be moved so that the Bailadoras and metal shop doors are on the interior of the building.
- Additional parking areas are being added in the grassy sections on the east and west sides of the horseshoe.
- On the interior of the building:
- Chalkboards - replaced with whiteboards
- Doors and door hardware will be replaced
- Locker doors will be replacedAll lockers will be painted
- The current fine arts area will be remodeled

Key Communicator
Attention Parents: If you are interested in becoming a Langham Creek Key Communicator, please email your name, student’s name and student’s grade level to langhamcreek@cfisd.net.
