“Transfer of Rights” occurs at 18 years of age, who will legally be able to make medical or financial choices for your child? How do you plan for your child’s financial future?
The workshop will include handouts, question and answer sessions, discussions regarding life plans, social security/waiver programs, financial planning, transition, letter of intent and legal implications.
