Kindergarten
	First Six Weeks
	Students are learning about numbers, colors, and shapes. We've also studied about directions, and categories.
	Our students are recognizing the different parts of a book and learning the order of the alphabet.
	Students are learning how to read a calendar and sing the days of the weeks and months. In P.E., the latter part of the six weeks was dedicated to completing the initial FitnessGram Test for the 2007-2008 School Year.
	Second Six Weeks
	Students are learning to identify and use senses as tools of observation.
	Manipulative skills, such as, throwing, catching, and striking, will be the focus of the second six weeks in P. E.
