Fourth grade students were acquiring relevant information watching audiovisual materials in the classroom (Tech TEKS 5A) to describe the basic function of major body systems such as the circulatory and digestive systems (Science TEKS 4.2B). "This week in science, we were learning about Human Body Systems.  We learned about the Muscular System and how the heart is an involuntary muscle and beats automatically without us even thinking about it."
