2008 Volleyball Schedule

A Winning Tradition Begins

Cy Woods High School opened August 2006 with only freshman and sophomores. We had a Junior Varsity team the first year. Our Junior Varsity girls went 31 and 0. This group of girls finished 06 and 07 with a 0% failure rate. With no senior’s in 07 we competed in our first year of varsity competition. They finished second in a very well respected Cy Fair ISD district and went all the way to the regional quarterfinal match. They ended the season 30 and 10 and had 10 Academic All-District players, New Comer of the Year, and Setter of the District. The girls also hope to end the year with the AVCA Team Academic Award.
