Summer School
The last day to sign up for Original Credit Summer School is Friday, May 31, 2013. Summer School Registration forms are available in the counselors' office.

Medicine Pick-up
As we all prepare for the end of the school year, please remember to pick up any medications that you have dropped off to the clinic. The deadline for all medications to be picked up will be Wednesday, May 29, 2013. According to the district guidelines, any medications left in the clinic will be disposed of. Thank you for another great year!

Pre-Order Sales - Senior video
Want to recap your 4 years at Cypress Woods High School? Cy-Woods FBLA is creating a senior video! The video will be shown at the Senior Breakfast on Wednesday, June 5. Get a keepsake copy! The DVD will also include Senior Shout-outs! Purchase the video before May 30 for $20. The day of the Senior Breakfast, you may purchase the video for $30. All purchases must be cash. You may stop by Ms. Andrade's Room (3006) to pre-order your DVD now!
Honor Roll Requirements
PER GRADING PERIOD
DISTINGUISHED HONOR ROLL – All A’s
REGULAR HONOR ROLL – Must Earn More A’s than B’s
Local credit classes do not count towards honor roll status (Student Assistance, Early Release, Late Arrival, Pass/Fail, 4th yr. PE).Students qualifying for either honor roll must not earn less than an S in conduct.
Award recognition for the year end ceremony is not officially determined until after the end of the 5th Grading Period and is by invitation only. Students must maintain all A’s for all 5 grading periods to be determined Distinguished OR must earn more A’s than B’s for all 5 grading periods to be determined Regular Honor Roll.

NOTICE: important changes
Due to important changes in the Texas Administrative Code Chapter 97 rule 97.7 regarding control of communicable diseases, Cypress Fairbanks ISD will immediately implement the following changes in our exclusion policy in our efforts to preserve student health.
- Students who have a temperature at or above 100.0°F must be excluded from school until fever free for 24 hours without the use of a fever suppressing medication.
- Students with diarrhea must be excluded from school until diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of a diarrhea suppressing medication.

Notice about student pick-up
Any person picking up students between the times of 2:15 pm and 2:45 pm should be mindful that delays will be expected while waiting in the Front Drive.
Dropping off items at school
A notice will be sent to your student to pick up items dropped off at front desk. The student may pick up item during passing period or at lunch.
