PALS

The Peer Assistance and Leadership Program (PAL) is a peer helping program in which selected high school students in their junior or senior years are trained to work as peer helpers with students on their own campuses, or at feeder middle and elementary schools. Spanish National Honor Society

The Sociedad Honoraria Hispànica is an honor society for high school students enrolled in Spanish. The purpose of the society is to recognize high achievement of high school students in Spanish and to promote a continuing interest in Hispanic studies. Character, leadership, seriousness of purpose, cooperation, honesty, service and commitment to others is also a criteria for selection into the Society. The student must be enrolled in the study of the language at the time of initiation. The Society is classified as a national and international academic honor society in the study of high school Spanish and Portuguese and is sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese, Inc.
