Clinic Information

Students are only allowed to call from the clinic for medical issues.

District Policy states that no students are to carry or bring medicine to the clinic. All medicines are to be brought to the clinic in the original container and brought by a parent, guardian, or adult.

Inhalers and epi-pens are allowed to be carried if specific forms are received by the clinic from the physician.

Antibiotics and similar medicines ordered 1-3 times daily can be given at home. If written 4 times daily, we can give at lunch if original prescription bottle is received in the clinic and parent permission forms are filled out.
