Bold Ladies United Striving Higher (BLUSH) caters to high school females aspiring to be academically successful, develop leadership skills, share common views, and discuss social issues. Young ladies must be in a minimum of 2 honor classes or have a 5.0+ GPA. Key points of interest include information on scholarships specifically for women who are excelling academically, promote unity within our high academic community, speakers from the community who can give helpful tips on making it to the top; Volunteer work in underprivileged communities; Learning about different aspects of finance: Money managing, saving stocks and bonds, ect.; Etiquette; Organizational skills; Self esteem form self image to dependency and obsession with guys; Round table discussion.
