Purpose : FBLA is the oldest and largest national organization for students preparing for careers in business. FBLA prepares students for “real world” professional experiences. Members gain the competitive edge for college and career successes. More than a quarter of a million students participate in the dynamic leadership organization that continues into a collegiate business fraternity, Phi Beta Lambda.
Requirements : $15 annual dues, to remain in good standing, each member must NOT miss more than 2 meetings per semester, and must earn 10 perticipation points per semester.

Purpose : To encourage participation in an recognition of scientific and intellectual thought, to advance the students’ knowledge of classical and modern science, to communicate with the scientific community, to aid the civic community with its comprehension of science, and to encourage students to participate in community service and, in turn, encourage a dedication to the pursuit of scientific knowledge that benefits all mankind.
Requirements : must have and maintain a 3.0 grade point average (4.0 scale), must be enrolled in at least one second year honors or upper level science class during or prior to the 12th grade, must maintain a B+ average (3.5 on a 4.0 scale) across all science courses.
