BOY’S GOLF TRY-OUTS
DATE: Wednesday Dec. 2
TIME: 3:00 P.M.
PLACE: BLACKHORSE GOLF COURSE
FORMAT FOR TRY-OUTS
DAY ONE: Driving range (players will need to bring $10 for golf balls)
Players will be put in groups of four.
Players will hit three balls with their driver, 3 iron, 9 iron.
Players will chip three balls from sand.
Players will putt from three locations on putting green.
Best players will be invited back for 9 holes playoff on Tuesday, December 8th.
DATE: TUESDAY DECEMBER 8TH
TIME: 3:00 P.M.
PLACE: BLACKHORSE GOLF COURSE
DAY TWO: Nine holes at Blackhorse golf course
Players will be put in foursomes by grade level.
Players will compete against players in their grade level
for a spot on team. Ten players will make up the team.
