For the last twelve years, she has served as the head sponsor of Cy-Fair’s Spanish Club, which has become one of the largest, most successful organizations in the state.
Buffy comes from a family of educators. Her husband, Shane, is a former economics teacher and three-sport varsity coach who is now an Assistant Principal at West Memorial Junior High in Katy I.S.D. His parents are retired educators from Lamar Consolidated I.S.D., and her father was a high school biology teacher and tennis coach in South Texas. She has two children, Brett-5 and Brooke-3, who are both looking forward to their mommy being a Mustang.
Buffy is very excited about her position and looks forward to coming over to The Ranch and building a successful foreign language program.
