Sponsor: S. Kirby Purpose: The purpose of the T.A.R.S. is to encourge students to become involved in the political proces, civic participation, and debate. The dues are $10.00 per year which includes the price of a T-shirt. Membership requirements include attendance at events and the payment of dues. |
