  A parent/guardian should call the attendance office on the day of the absence(s). Upon returning to school, you must bring a note providing the following information:
  • Date of absence
  • Reason for absence
  • A parent/guardian's signature
  • Attach a doctor's excuse (when applicable)
  • **You have 3 days to bring an excused absence note **

LEAVING EARLY

If you must leave for an appointment, a parent/guardian must write a note. You should bring the note to the attendance office before 7:30 am. The attendance office will issue a pass for you to sign out in their office. All notes must be confirmed by phone. If a parent/guardian cannot be reached, they must come in and sign you out. You will be given a colored pass to leave campus at the time of sign out.

**Students must sign back in when returning to school**

ARRIVING LATE

All students arriving to school after the 1st period tardy bell must sign in at the attendance office.
